End the day with stillness and serenity. This evening retreat will feature a guided meditation, two regressions*, and a soundbath, with time for journaling throughout. Refreshments are included. We look forward to spending this mindful time with you.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and/or folding chair, depending on your needs.
*Group regressions occur under hypnosis. The regressions include meeting a guide or guardian angel and visiting a past life.
