
How to prepare for a session
Come in with a calm mind.
Limit alcohol use the night before.
Eat something light an hour or so before your appointment.
Limit coffee to one cup the morning of your session.
Water intake should be minimal before the session to ensure fewer bathroom breaks.
I will provide snacks after the session, but feel free to bring your own food, if you like.
Write or print out questions or concerns that you would like me to address to your subconscious during your session. Try to have no more than ten.
You will receive a recording of the session before you leave.
Much like a dream, parts of your QHHT session may fade afterward. Listening to your recording helps you absorb and integrate the insights over time.
Please do not listen while driving or doing anything that requires your full attention. Find a quiet space where you can fully focus.
Following your session, take it easy the rest of the evening and drink plenty of water.
Your session is confidential so please come to your session alone. If someone is driving you they can drop you off and return to pick you up when you contact them.
